3120Modified Liver Reduction Diet Allowable Foods List

During your Modified Liver Reduction Diet, you should eat 1 Lean and Green meal per day, 2 Bariatric Advantage High Protein Meal Replacement Shakes, and 2 Bariatric Advantage Ketogenx bars or crisps.

Note: This list is to be used durning the Modified Liver Reduction Diet. The final week before surgery will be shakes only. Do not consume food during the week before your surgery date. You should be drinking Bariatric Advantage High Protein Meal Replacement Shakes only.

Allowable Hydration: at least 64 oz. of fluid per day

ALL HYDRATION MUST BE: carbonation-free, sugar-free, caffeine-free

Water

Sugar-free or diet fruit juice

Sugar-free drinks (ex. Crystal Light)

Decaf tea or coffee (no milk, cream, or sugar)

Sugar-free sports drinks

Clear, low-sodium broth

Sugar-free popsicles

Sugar-free gelatin
